funny thing is other than the chiefs record

in the games i have watched (maybe 4-5 this year), they have looked the weakest / least complete / least well-rounded of any in recent years

the team looks depleted of talent by Mahomes' massive contract

some of these games have been very close

not clear dominance like it used to

and not explosive offense like it used to (although having pacheco back def halps)

i think Mahomes is an obvious special gamer / career winner and will always find a way to win to the absolute end

but i am not certain the rest of the team is good enough this year to do their part

They also were missing 3 starters in the secondary and ended the game with even more DBs and LBs down. Kareem Jackson getting meaningful snaps at safety these days is not a recipe for success. Bills held them in check for a little over 30 minutes of play time at least

the good news for buffalo is, with the exception of baltimore (who can't seem to get out of their own way at times), no other team in the AFC besides buffalo is capable of putting up 30 points, let alone 42.

I think there’s some disconnect between he’s the greatest QB of all time, but he’s not very likable. There’s been flashes of charisma here and there, but the guy has never been likable beyond being good at football

That was just in time to see them lose like 80 straight super bowls to the Cowboys. So to this day I hate the cowboys and hope the Bills can finally get one. Maybe this will be the year.
