I used to only sleep about 5 or 6 hours a night since 2015...we put our dog down and sold the house in LA and now I cant stop sleeping..I dont know if thats good or not..

yes, I think so...but we only want to sleep now but have too much to do..so it doesn't even out yet..

You’re always tired from all that needs doing, and sleep is also a handy way to avoid doing those things. Reminds me of all the moving prep before Oz earlier this year with a four year old. Turned in way earlier plenty of days, like just after getting the kid down.
