given how taken aback some of you are at these prices, i'm assuming you haven't done a proper arena / large shed show lately.

there are a small number of bands i have seen multiple times

bon jovi (shut up it was the late 80s and early 90s)
Iron Maiden
aerosmith
pearl jam
sponge

my last two concerts were sponge and iron maiden

The uppers were advertised for $99. Maybe that was for the worst of the uppers. I suspect they will be available for around that price. I guess they were selling out stadiums (some) this year for the same price though

People on reddit are posting war stories about the queue line. And why are the costs variable? I have not did the TM adventure for years.

Ticketmaster and the artists have said it’s ok to scalp tickets. As long as they’re the ones doing the scalping. So instead of waiting for ticket sales to finish, the artists do the scalping up front during their pre-sales and call them Premium tickets.

$80 or so for a halfway decent Mariners ticket. They have 81 home games every year and they suck. Yet people go.

Jazzfest lineup is announced this Wednesday. We'll see then if the rumors, and there's been a steady stream of them around town, are true.

Oh, thanks, I see it now. I’ll check them out. That’s always part of the fun of each new PJ tour. Their openers can be a mixed bag but there are sometimes some gems in there.
