He should be charismatic, carefree, optimistic -- like Christopher Reeve played him. Equal parts George Clooney and Mr. Incredible.

Straight garbage.
I wouldn't be surprised if the movie itself was much closer to what you describe than the teaser trailer indicates. Gunn talked about Morrison's All-Star Superman as a big inspiration for his take.

I think Gunn is 4 for 4 on his big superhero movies so I'll watch this

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Well, I’ve never cared for Krypto and that trailer left me wanting more with him. So he succeeded with something, I guess.

Looks radically different from anything Nolan´s did with Batman.

Its still a teaser but i mean a dog is dragging him to his fortress were a robot is expecting him.

Looks awesome. That opening scene of Supes bleeding could easily be put into a more lighthearted context depending on the scene before it. Trag is traggin.

I like the bright colors, Lois and Clark being way in to each other and that its obvious Gunn isn't embarrassed to be making a comic book movie. Refreshing.

I like the use of the classic theme music from the Reeve franchise.

I am not much of a Superman fan in general but I agree and the film looks entertaining.

They should go all out and use the full John Williams Superman theme.

It is the best superhero music of them all.

I’m sure they can get the maestro into a studio again to redo it. They do for every Star Wars movie.
