We’ve actually discussed this for the garage but not the house for some reason. Thanks ruddo.

It’s stories like these where I completely take our attached garage for granted.

Yeah, we have that as well, but never trusted the kids with a remote for it. So we have a keypad to open that as well. Kids are dumb as hell sometimes.

Team keypad here, we’ve had them for years. It’s killing me having a rental with a key lock again, so annoying.

There is an eagle in me and a mockingbird . . . and the eagle flies among the Rocky Mountains of my dreams and fights among the Sierra crags of what I want . . . and the mockingbird warbles in the early forenoon before the dew is gone, warbles in the underbrush of my Chattanoogas of hope, gushes over the blue Ozark foothills of my wishes—And I got the eagle and the mockingbird from the wilderness.

O, I got a zoo, I got a menagerie, inside my ribs, under my bony head, under my red-valve heart—and I got something else: it is a man-child heart, a woman-child heart: it is a father and mother and lover: it came from God-Knows-Where: it is going to God-Knows-Where—For I am the keeper of the zoo: I say yes and no: I sing and kill and work: I am a pal of the world: I came from the wilderness.

First day today at the campsite. Pretty sure I'm horribly sunburned, and I've probably drank my bodyweight this evening. Been a good time so far

Came down with whatever crud is going on around here and slept all day yesterday. Hopefully this passes and I get to actually enjoy this break from work.

Been very emotional lately. Highs and lows. Felt so happy today that I felt I would burst into tears. Maybe it's the brain tumor acting up.

Just cruising around in my c4 Corvette listening to synthwave in absolutely perfect weather. I want for nothing!
