The Northman. I probably liked this a little better than first viewing. The first 30 minutes are unf*ckwithable no doubt, but the second gets a little tedious in the second half. Looks fantastic though.

watched a Quebecois movie tonight. Red Rooms. pretty dang great, rather intense. One especially affecting sequence, but quite the burner throughout. I suspect Jorge would be especially intrigued by it because it is about the most dark and disturbed corners of the internet where I hear he likes to hang out

This was my experience as well. The climactic battle is a bit of an eye-roll that stains the second half.
