Hot as fuck. At the beach. Listening to Talking Heads in between dipping my balls in the ocean. Some decent waves to bodysurf. Going to annihilate some smoked salmon later. Hell yeah.

Was going to take the kids down to the beach and have some fish and chips, but looks like the weather is turning. Went for a swim in the pool here. Beach still may happen

I can't even do pools anymore. I'm full on Ed "the currants wel sheeeft" Ved wid it, and it can't be helped.

Unless I'm going for a surf, the general rule is that pools are better. Although yesterday I did have fun trying to teach my daughter to body surf. She didn't quite get there, but made good progress

Got up this morning. Went and got coffee, started packing up some of our camping stuff. Went and played mini golf with the family, did some yoga, had a few drinks. Finished off reading the letters of John and Jude. Going out for waffles for dinner and then a movie with the family

I got forced into a NYE party, again, stayed up later than I wanted to and slept over at the in-laws (close to party location, kids and dog were there overnight). Slept poorly, drove home this morning, a little hungover. Just kind of a waste of a day today and I feel like we are way too old to be spending the night at the in-laws when we live only like 20 miles away.

Anywho, b*nged this afternoon so I guess it’s all good.
