Barbacoa, and we’re going to break out the tortilla press for its maiden voyage. Skeptical the masa we found will work well though.

I used to feel the same way. Having grown up in New England I thought no way am I eating seafood in a landlocked state. I don't care when it was flown in. I held pretty firm on that until last year when we went to seafood place that had been getting rave reviews from folks outside of OK. It's called Sedalia's, and it's oysters and more, and it is fantastic. easily one of the best meals i've ever had in my life.

also, Cheevers shrimp and grits is dope.
