I want a blonde, big titty fiancee who loves me for me, not for my hundred-year-old, 1,000 square foot house on 0.1 acres in the fourth most desirable neighborhood of the state's fourth crappiest small city

Oh, come now, we know I was kidding about the blonde big tits thing. Personality and intelligence in a woman are way more important to me than looks. Really, just look at some of the women I've been with, woof!

I was just chatting about the benefits of townhouses with my neighbors in the townhouse next to mine (that I rent).

Having four sides to yourself should not be underestimated though.

My wife sent me an interesting property the other day. Only thing is it’s near the train line. So today, I decided to hit the open house to take a look. Sent pics and my assessment to her, and she responded that studies show living near train lines can cause premature heart issues because the constant noise triggers a flight response in our brains. So that was a waste of time.

Just picturing Doug sitting on a couch chewing on some jerky and browsing Zillow. Sees a place he likes and just puts an offer in without even wearing pants.
