How you feeling about Bills v Ravens, bud?
Not great!

But I’m a high-anxiety individual. I will hang my hat on:
1.) Bills were missing 3 key starters on defense in week 3 (Bernard, Taron Johnson, Matt Milano) and aside from that long Henry TD kinda kept the Ravens offense in check. They lost because the offense was inept and kept giving the ball back too soon

2.) the Bills offense got a lot better after adding Amari Cooper. Ravens could keep up in a shootout, but Zay Flowers not being 100% could be a factor

I think Sunday will come down to McDermott, Babich, and Ed Oliver. They need their best gameplan to confuse Lamar and Oliver needs to get his head out of his ass and make a play or two.

Don't forget we had a good drive going that would've kept the game tight and Brady decided to call an idiotic trick play that totally derailed our momentum.

The Bills will win.

I know everyone wants to talk about how bad the Bills D is --- hasn't really mattered so far. Just sell out to stop the run and make Lamar beat you with his arm (he won't).

Allen is still Allen.

I know I'm not a fan of either team, but I'm not worried even a little bit. Bills are gonna win. Might be close, but whatever.

i am rooting for the bills but

that derrick henry + lamar combo is for real

bills gonna want to do some time-consuming drives if they can

try to minimize BAL possessions

Allen looks sharp af this year tho

People need to stop overthinking it. I get there has to be a whole week of discourse but there's no way Buffalo doesn't walk away with it.

Look, in all fairness... the Ravens are a legit, excellent team. I certainly don't want to face them (if the KC manages to beat Houston). I know the Ravens have an incredible defense (worse than last years but someone we all want to pretend like it's better somehow?) and the Bills have like no defense.

But it all comes down to history. The same way I've said that betting against Mahomes being in the AFCC game is stupid until he doesn't do it, it's similarly weird to predict Lamar advancing. Until it happens, I'm not sure how anyone can be comfortable predicting it. But hey... weird shit happens all the time.

And to be fair, I think Baltimore is actually the all around better team. We'll see what happens.

In case you want to be reminded for the 4,297th time about the LA wildfires, there’s a football game on now.

Yes, but please tell me about the rest of Lamar's playoff history.

It’s emotionally exhausting to have your team be in so many “game of the year” candidates. The chiefs, rams, and lions games took away the lining of my stomach

I feel you there. Though maybe I'm less inclined to struggle with those games because of me team's overall success.
