Well I mean they just trapped a load of pirates on the planet. And it’s a mint.
How are they going to round them all up? And there’s the onyx cinder. Maybe they can load it up with credits and get out of there
I doubt that will matter. It was loved and well reviewed across the board.
Anyways I thought Disney didn’t release viewing Numbers? How does anyone know who or how many watched? They didn’t release them for any other show?
This turned out to be wonderful! Great fun, writing, adventure, acting.
Jod was an interestin character and i love how they didnt have some long winded exposition of a backstory, just a few lines that really drove it home explaining why/who he is. Perfect.
Also, glad there wasn't some big surprise cameo of sorts. Really made it feel like its own thing yet part of the bigger universe.
Always love seeing X Wings fly into the frame! Jude Law was great as were all the kid actors.
I'd definitely watch more. Very pleasantly surprised.
SKELETON CREW co-creator Christopher Ford explains why the finale didn’t feature a flashback explaining Jod’s origins
“The challenge though was, as fascinating as Jod is, we always wanted to keep it from the kids' perspective. The kids are like, ‘I don't understand this guy.’ They've never been out in the galaxy and met someone as damaged as him. So I don't think we could have done a flashback in this season.” https://ew.com/star-wars-skeleton-crew- ... ow-8774862
SKELETON CREW co-creator Jon Watts says the kids will be older if a Season 2 is made
“We wouldn't pretend like the kids are only six months older if we made more. It is fun to think of them growing up and where they would fit into the galaxy and how their world would be changed by the events of what happened in the first season.”
SKELETON CREW co-creator Jon Watts on the possibility of Season 2
“We have ideas in our heads for sure. We're waiting to find out what everyone else thinks, but we've always had an idea of where this could go even before we made the first season. So there's lots of potential out there and hope everyone sees that.”
