I think most people would describe me as pretty chill, but really I'm just a big ball of anxiety most of the time.

Im anxious about things I should be anxious about Finances over the last year, starting up my own business, big appraisal projects, etc...

But I'm pretty chill about day to day most things in my life and few things knock the wind out of my proverbial sails.

unfortunately, the last year has been a big one so a bit more anxious than usual.

O, I got a zoo, I got a menagerie, inside my ribs, under my bony head, under my red-valve heart—and I got something else: it is a man-child heart, a woman-child heart: it is a father and mother and lover: it came from God-Knows-Where: it is going to God-Knows-Where—For I am the keeper of the zoo: I say yes and no: I sing and kill and work: I am a pal of the world: I came from the wilderness.

Why do you ask? Why do you need to know this about me? Are you putting some sort of background info check out on me? I mean, that's some pretty personal information for me to put out there and I don't really know you or what your ulterior motives are. How do I know my answers won't be used against me in future? Or for nefarious purposes?

That all said, I'm chill AF.

Anxiety isn’t necessarily a bad thing, or avoidable. It’s about how we manage it. It’s like adrenaline, giving us that extra juice to accomplish the things we want to.

Of course, if it isn’t managed properly, it can have the opposite effect and cripple us. Understanding and learning how to deal with anxiety is a massive life hack.
