there have been more than enough studies that show people are actually more productive working from home. never mind it cuts down on face to face meetings that could easily be resolved in slack/teams or the dreaded zoom meeting. any RTO that may or may not come down the pike for me is irrelevant since my job pretty much dictates i am in the office to help people out.

I run a business with 4 staff (inclusive of me and my wife). Not having to lease office space for them all saves me money. Additionally, the WFH advantages (no commute etc) makes for far happier employees. And all our work gets done on time.Bi_3 wrote:I'm not sure that follows. If you are positioning the citizens of the US as the employers of federal employees I don't see how your argument follows. It's cheaper running staff WFH.

Oh. I hadn't seen your response here.
I see it's just about the usual meanness then. OK.Bi_3 wrote:The point isn't about productivity. Trump threatening to withhold funds from CA until they enact voter id is the embodiment of everything his enemies claim he is

Trump has always been the embodiment of what his enemies say he is. You MAGAs either go for that kinda thing or choose to ignore it.

I think the reaction to it shows the ardent anti-Trump people are the embodiment of everything he claims they are

I hate Musk and Trump as much as anyone, but they're obviously not Nazis. They just love money (and in Musk's case - being annoying) and have no problem lying to get more of it.B wrote:Nazi-haters?Bi_3 wrote:I think the reaction to it shows the ardent anti-Trump people are the embodiment of everything he claims they are
