Got a new grill and i have been using it a lot; last night was some very fucking good entrañas and some beef too.

A Rutini´s Sauvignon Blanc was our drink for the night.

Very fucking good.

Been making a lot of chicken tenders with the air fryer and experimenting. I like them coated in panko breadcrumbs but they might be a little too crunchy? Going to try some different breadcrumbs. Maybe some stuffing breadcrumbs tonight and see. Have my spice mix and flour coating spot on.
