Can of mackerel. It would be hard for me to believe there’s a better tasting fish in a can. I’m really becoming a big fan.

i just had smoked mackerel on some toasted multigrain with avocado, thinly sliced red onion, and halved grape tomatoes (with an olive oil / lemon juice vinaigrette). it was divine.

I have a fishmonger around the corner and they always have fresh mackerel. Can only imagine it tastes much better fresh. I’m gonna get some this week n see. They’ve a cool silver grey and black tiger pattern all over them.
