Ursula is on Friends quite a bit. Yes, that is the episode I was talking about. I didn't watch Mad About You regularly so I don't know how often or more or less frequent Ursula was on that show than Friends. My point wasn't the frequency with which any character from MAY appeared on Friends or vice versa. My point was just that they exist in the same universe. With Seinfeld.

I think I’m going to do a rewatch of Mad About You. I liked it when it was on and don’t know that I’ve seen the first few seasons. Plus, Helen Hunt in sweatpants and a T-shirt.
