Fentanyl can’t be the actual rationale. Last year we intercepted less than 50 pounds of it coming in from Canada (compared to 21,000 pounds from Mexico).

It seems to me trumps whole method and the one he’s conned his base with, is all about attacking the other guys. Be it the dems or the libs. And now picking pointless fights with actual countries that are going to damage American reputation globally and hit ordinary Americans more than Anyone else.
It’s all about getting one over the other guy and ‘winning’. A spite based methodology that actually achieves nothing whatsoever.
He has no solutions. To be fair to him he hasn’t once said he has. ‘We’re going to make America great again’ the catch all that means fuck all.
He doesn’t offer any solutions, quite the opposite. All he’s done is create and continues to, a growing pile of serious problems.

I still dont understand what the intended result is here, the tariffs on Canada seem pointless and unnecessary, but Vance plays the media at Obama level. He should watch his back though as the DNC now has David Hogg!
