There are also way too many shows that haven't even wrapped yet. How can Severance, a show literally only a third of the way through its second season of unknown number of seasons, be the 27th best show of all time?

Clearly, the list is not an opinion, but an aggregation of scores from various sites. It just means that those shows are that highly rated.
