Other than Pearl Jam, who else is there?

Yet another terrible piece of crap. Why do I even bother listening to their new shit anymore?

The Castle was a good song? I agree though, this one sucks from top to bottom.

I saw the Lips last night but I think Coyne is now the only original member? The rest of the band seemed like session guys, they were very much background players to Coyne's schtick.

So while the show was certainly a spectacle full of confetti, inflatable pink robots and Coyne constantly urging the crowd to scream and clap between songs, I didn't see many people in the audience amped for the songs themselves.

interesting fact: he's not an original member.

I guess I was expecting to see Drozd and Ivins on stage but it was basically a bunch of kids.

Admittedly I don't really keep up with this band's comings and goings, and I'm glad I saw them back in 2011 when it was prime Flips. I don't think I'll need to see them again.

It's more of a show experience these days, right?
Not a knock, I've seen them three times, and all three were pretty awesome.

Ditto. I'd extend it to Yoshimi personally 'cause I still play it regularly start to finish.

This is the only Lips record I’ve ever really dug but I haven’t heard it in years, I should give it a spin soon.

Saw them summer 2023 & Drozd was there, still being awesome. If he's gone the band is dunzo IMO.

I forgot about The Terror, which is also an excellent album that I enjoyed a lot at the time, in particular this song:

Good track! Like a scary alien version of The Rain Song.
