Rachael had a near perfect resume. Even if you though Sam was "scrappy" enough to make it to the final, it was hard to vote against her. The only thing she really could have added was sitting in and winning the fire challenge, but fuck that. She wasn't my favorite person out there (I liked Kyle) but she was the most deserving winner I've seen in a while.
Yeah, I was all for Rach at the start of the ep, but I would have chosen Sam. I had conveniently forgotten how lucky she was when Sol saved her and how she bought the right item at auction. Sam should have won immunity at least once, though. That hurt him. Sue was pretty incredible. She couldn’t have played a better game. A woman of advanced years probably can’t go further. Rach was the right choice, but “deserving” is pushing it. This candy never clicked for me.
I didn’t watch the after show. Was there a preview for 48? I genuinely hope it’s all black people. Let’s mix it up by not mixing it up.
