Found a place sells all kinds of catering and cooking equipment. Was in there yesterday.
They have cast iron pans and skillets. Reasonable enough price too.

Am I just getting a regular flat pan or one with the ridges in it?

The guy was trying to upsell and telling me the ridges would give me those lovely char lines on steaks.
I told him it hasn’t rained in three days and I didn’t come down in the last shower.
