Adrien Brody's speech has killed my desire to see The Brutalist

I think all the actors should get to hold longer speeches. Don’t like it when they play them off.

Adrien Brody's speech really did suck, though, hahaha. He was talking so slow, it was so boring. He used up his time thanking random executives and then when they started to play him off he had the gall to stop them so he could take another what-felt-like-eight-minutes to say "hate is bad". Take the award back and give it to Timothee, yikes

Yeah that final part was so stupid. And also at one point before they tried to play him off he was like "let's see... who else..."

Really look forward to seeing all these movies. In just a few months now. Will soon start the movies from last year’s awards.

Kieran Culkin's speech was really funny, predictably. I liked that he specifically complimented Jeremy Strong, too

He did, and they gave each other kind of a terse hug when he won. I also get the sense they don't quite like each other
