We are living history. The world is in a crisis and our futures are in jeopardy because of the Trump administration.
MAGA does not believe in MERCY for anyone.
And so I ask the moderators and RM community, do not protect these posters. Teach them a lesson and make them live in the dog eat dog world they believe in. They do not believe in honoring any rules or agreements or having human decency.
This is a Pearl Jam message board. Pearl Jam is a very political and leftist band. I think most of us share their values. But also RM is a privately owned website. So let's do what we can and stand up for what believe in.
I believe for the moderators of this board to protect MAGA supporters goes against the ethics of the band and the community represented on this board.

Re: What will be the legacy of Red Mosquito?
I will admit today is a somewhat of a melancholy day after the chaos of yesterday.
When I woke up I didn't know what I thought about anything but I realized one thing throughout the day. You don't really know anyone til shit hits the fan as they say.
And yesterday I realized who will be in the trenches with me when shit hits the fan. And that was a fucking powerful thing. It lifted me up a lot. Some of those people were some of my favorite people. And it felt great to know we are aligned on these issues. And some of those people were people I don't get along with. And I am gonna take a good hard look at reevaluating those people because there is nothing I respect more than people who are prepared to take action when it matters.
And I realized who this conflict is too much for; the people who still want to pretend like this is not happening; the people who want to do what is convenient in the moment and not ruffle any feathers and understandably don't want to lose any friends or family. And I get it, but I don't agree...
I feel we have to make things as uncomfortable for those people as possible and try force them to reconsider and change.
Remember they don't care who they make uncomfortable. They don't care about who loses their job to Doge cuts. They don't care who loses their job because Trump is ruining trade relations. They don't care how Trump made Ukrainians, Palestinians, or even Canadians feel. They don't care about the vulnerable women who can no longer get an abortion in her own state. They don't care about immigrants being deported. The list goes on and on. Remind yourself of the list of atrocities the Trump regime is enacting when the fight gets hard. And remember those things when you are tempted to keep the peace with your Trump supporting loved ones. Other people are losing their peace everyday.

Maybe that weirs guy was right when he suggested that RM should convert to a subreddit.

I think Reddit should convert to a Pearl Jam message board.
