Hey, my copy of the book arrived! It's almost 10 months after the order was placed, but I get that there were a a great deal of logistical issues at play, so I can't complain. I look forward to reading through it and I'm glad my early chapter reads were so helpful for Stip and B — I even see my name listed in the acknowledgments.
