Does Hollywood still make these kinds of movies?
Sandler probably does, but I’m not watching his movies. No, I don’t think they’re being made, and I don’t get it. I think there would always be a market for them - that pg-13 comedy is the sweet spot for me.

The R comedies of this century have run their course. It’s just gratuitous swearing. I’d prefer something like Police Academy - occasional swearing, raunchy situations that are more innuendo than graphic, and an occasional blink and you’ll miss them pair of tits in non-sexual situations. That was my HBO.
Different strokes, I guess.
I don't need tiddies in a movie. But if a movie shows tiddies, please don't make me hit the pause button.

This episode confirmed my suspicions: Shane Gillis sucks.

You don’t need them now. Me either. I’ve got some at home. But in my formative years, I needed them. Remember when Julie Warner walked out of the water in Doc Hollwood and told Michael J Fox he could blink now? She might as well have been talking to me.

Teen Crushes would be a great thread title on a board populated by 40 to 50 year old whites. Probably finally get this place some attention.

Assuming you’re talking when we were also young, it’d just be a bunch of blue chewers reminiscing about Elisabeth Shue, Tiffani Thiessen, and the aforementioned Phoebe Cates.

Yeah, I liked him a lot at first. But now he seems to have lost something. Maybe he's gained too much confidence or something.

The Gaga episode was top notch, probably top three for the season.

Lord Gaga's WU spot in particular was 10/10.

She does come across a bit I AM AN ARTISTE sometimes but the SNL crew seemed to be having a blast with her.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
