Isn’t this the start of the hunger games?

Several groups representing “startup nations” are drafting legislation to create “freedom cities” in the US that would be free from certain federal laws, WIRED has learned.

They say they've met with the Trump administration about the idea and that the administration has been very receptive.

So now the tariffs against Canada will be 50% instead of 25% and he's going to "substantially increase" tariffs on cars that would "essentially, permanently shut down the automobile manufacturing business in Canada."
