This take is so interesting to me, since to my ears, whenever I hear demos/instrumentals/unfinished songs/etc for any band, Pearl Jam included, 90% of it feels like supplemental completionist stuff. That remaining 10% is pretty interesting, of course, but often more as a journey not taken than anything else.

great interview. Love how cool Mike is and specially all the stuff from Mad Season. What an album really and how cool it was to have Mike and Layne working together.

Also it reminds me that i need to check out Barrett Martin's solo albums. He has been touring in Brasil with Peter Buck for a while...
