it's been a while, but PFB is one of the ToTD songs I would sometimes go back for. Army Reserve has always been a frankensong to me - the chorus and verses never quite fit together (like Marker) and is really done dirty by the abrasive and thin sound on S/T (like Marker)

Gonna listen...

Army Reserve is probably the 'better' song, but gonna show some Temple some love.

Actually, I'm not. I am reminded at the end that I like CC when he is showing restraint - when he lets go like at the end of PFB it just comes across like histrionics to me. Vote For Army Reserve

I feel like Army Reserve is the most underrated Pearl Jam song. Certainly a top ten song from PJ this century.

Army Reserve is a weird composition even by PJ standards. It doesn’t flow like you think it would , which can be off-putting. Similar situation as Pilate.

And….like Pilate, I like this songgggg. (Sorry)
