Anyway, when Guitar Hero and Rock Band blew up I remember thinking it was a waste of time. Why not invest that time into learning a real instrument? Are they stupid?

But then a bunch of people did take up guitar after loving the video games. And if they're having fun, then who cares? I've also heard a number of guitarists say that these extremely difficult levels are even harder than some complex pieces on guitar, so there's surely a sense of achievement attached.

50,000 attempts is crazy though. Not my jam at all.

What do you with it? I'm no criminal, I don't know how to launder money. If I put it in the bank or make a large purchase, will the serial numbers raise a red flag?

Do I just spend them slowly over time, just on groceries and bar tabs and handyman services and the like? What if a bill gets flagged somewhere and they travel it back to us?

Do you just sit on it for an emergency? 80K could be a life changing amount of money to just sit on?

But when you cash it out you will not be anonymous unless you take the time to get it in small amounts from a bitcoin atm. And you’ll be committing tax fraud if you don’t pay capital gain tax, and you’re structuring your withdrawals which adds to the charges. All that for 80k. No thanks.

You'll stand out as the guy who always uses cash, increasingly so as fewer and fewer people use paper money. And if the bills are marked or serials are known, you'll get caught.
