Objectively it’s probably Hunger Strike. My favorites are on Mirror Ball. Wake up is really good but I voted for Black.

Black is a classic, but Wake Up has far better lyrics, and sounds less grounded in the 90s. Just timeless.

Also fantastic solo by Mike on Wake Up.

Black's alright, in contrast, though still too melodramatic for my tastes.
