Another one I've heard of being terrible(mostly from Seinfeld) is Plan 9 from outer space, i haven't seen it though, how bad is it? Is it one that is purposely bad or was it actually trying to be a serious ?

Trying to be serious. its worth a watch though, very funny. They made a movie about the director. Ed Wood, starring Johnny Depp. Good flick.

I dont think Crystal Skull is that good, but I think it's better than Temple Of Doom.
WHAT.
Seriously, that's absurd.

Anyone who says differently is wrong.

Edit: I was high. No way Temple is better than Crusade.

Temple gave me one of my favorite movie lines of all time.

No time for love, Doctor Jones.

The idea that people would say that Temple Of Doom is better than Last Crusade is lunacy to me.

I've wanted to see it for a while, i need to get a best of the worst(as in the ones you have to see just how bad they are) and watch them all in one night

I don't know if its the worst movie I ever seen but The Talented Mr. Ripley was the most boring movie I have ever seen in the theater.

So many sequels can be disaster. Dumb and Dumberer comes to mind.

Man, I really liked 'The Talented Mr. Ripley'. It's not the best I've seen, but it's far from the worst.

'Man Of The House' with Chevy Chase is unbelievably bad; it's certainly one of the worst flicks I've watched. It's the only movie I've ever walked out of.

Seen way too many bad movies on tv/video to isolate one. But, I've been pretty good about avoiding the absolute turds at the theater.

Some of the theater contenders that I did have the misfortune of paying for:
Crystal Skull, the 3 Star Wars prequels, and this laughably bad one that no one's mentioned yet:

I'll admit that 95% of the reason I went to see this one in the theater was in the hopes for more Basic Instinct type shots of Sharon Stone.
