"BRY" easily. I always really liked Layne Staley's voice but I think I'm learning I like it better when he is harmonizing with Cantrell. His vocal performance here and in songs like "Wake Up" have this unpleasant marble-mouthed quality that feels cartoonish to me, like the kind of thing that people latch onto when they do carcature imitations of grunge singers. Cantrell has one of the most ordinary-sounding voices ever; the two voices really balance each other out nicely.
