I think I agree with this.

However, bottom third Riot Act for me is miles ahead of even top third Earthling (and I don't hate Earthling!). Easy vote. "Brother the Cloud" always struck me as a dull, awkward song.

Brother the Cloud is an awful song. The verse is Jimmy Buffet cosplay and the chorus is Pearl Jam cosplay, and yet it is somehow exponentially worse than the sum of those two parts. I'm a lesser man for listening to it more than once.
