Had a late lunch. Didn't have anything for dinner so I just made some microwave nachos. Have a block of cheese, but my cheese shredder is in the dishwasher, so I just tried to julienne cut about a quarter of the block. I think it turned out ok?

yeah i feel like soft shell tacos kinda took over the last couple decades but hard shell is pretty satisfying for a drippy beefy homemade taco

has the structural integrity to hold everything

and as heavy oil meets the shell they merge into a middle ground semi-gooey goodness

trader joe's has some pretty bangin' hard shell taco shells

actually resembles corn taste

Taste wise I prefer a corn hard shell, but tend to make a mess eating them and they hold less.
