This season was great.
Easily the best yet, I think.
I really didn’t enjoy season 1 at the time but I wonder if I’d feel differently now.

Halfway through the third season and it seems like this is finally about to get moving, hopefully to something more interesting. The set up has felt pretty dragged out. And it's definitely the least interested i've been in the characters. But hey i'll take a Goggins and Posey any day.
I would have bet millions of dollars I have seen Sarah Catherine Hook in multiple other things, but looking at her IMBD there's nothing else. I see she's from Alabama so maybe I dated her once or something.

She's got a real Brie Larson thing going on. You're probably thinking of Brie Larsonlennytheweedwhacker wrote:Halfway through the third season and it seems like this is finally about to get moving, hopefully to something more interesting. I know nothing about this show but the little ive seen about it, these are the people i loathe most in the world.
Is it worth a hate watch? i havent seen a single second of it. My OH absolutely loves it.
(things i can say on RM and not in my relationship)

Re: HBO: The White Lotus
The point is that they are terrible people. It's a sort of satire. And it's definitely worth watching. The show operates and delivers on so many levels. The performances are always wonderful. The direction is fantastic. The writing is usually great. It's smart and thoughtful and well made.dimejinky99 wrote:I know nothing about this show but the little ive seen about it, these are the people i loathe most in the world.

And again, you're supposed to hate these people. And watching what happens to them and the pickles they get themselves into is part of the appeal.

Yeah, terrible. Just an unbelievable string of awful creative decisions.
I did like the ending montage even though it seems completely disconnected from everything that just happened.
