i don't recall, probably something cheap though . though i think it was the malfunctioning toy that was to be blamed. i shall do more research this evening

i have a neighbour upstairs somewhere turns on some sort of machine around 9 every night and its literally like the loudest darkest lightsaber noise hum and vibration/hum you can imagine..nobody knows which apartment it is but we're all pissed off about it. you can hear it throughout the whole building.
