Because he didn't play in the Senior Bowl and didn't throw at the NFL Combine. Those both hurt his stock, and any team that drafts him will probably have to deal with Prime, as well. He also comes off as very entitled. He owes money to a security guard he assaulted and makes excuses to not pay. He drives a Rolls Royce his father bought him. I think he's poison.
