Re: Travel thread
We’re about three weeks away from a return trip to Europe, Lisbon and Paris respectively.
We’ve started booking dinner and breakfast reservations in Lisbon…and dinner booked at a place we really loved in Paris last time. We’re also going to try to go to Paul Bert this time too.
There’s also a coffee shop in Paris I really want to go to that only takes reservations, and books out a week in advance. It’s called Substance, and it’s more of an experience, but it has great reviews, and looks legit. Hoping to book that while we’re in Lisbon. We also booked a day trip to Sintra while in Portugal, as well as a day trip to the Loire Valley for a vineyard tour and tasting while in Paris.
My plan is to eat vegan when possible, and not stress about eating meat.

Travel tips on: Broken Bow, OK
The foothills of the Ouchitas. Rivers and trees. Close enough to Texas. Broken Bow has it all. Since I'll be mostly staying put on the river, I really just need a grocery store recc. Dad?

tbh, I’ve never been. I’ve definitely considered that part of OK, but I’ve not gotten around to it.washing machine wrote:The foothills of the Ouchitas. Rivers and trees. Close enough to Texas. That said, it’s considered north Texas now.

There won't be any time for ballgames, doug. The river rocks are calling.
