Taking the train to the city (New York City) tomorrow. Not sure what I want to do. I am open to allowing RM to set my itinerary. I am certain this is a question that has been answered in this and other threads about one thousand times at this point, so please forgive and indulge me. Tell me what to do

NYC is a very monetary-oriented city so what you do is going to be sensitive to your budget and goals

Also contingent on where you have been in the city before

but not knowing anything, other than what you described before about your goal for baltimore, i would probably suggest:

walk the brooklyn bridge to get to the brooklyn side. should be a nice day. it's a nice walk. prob should pound a few beers first though, just because
once you get to that side there is vegan / hipster / art gallery stuff

enjoi!

I walked in the opposite direction last fall right at sunset and it was surprisingly pleasurable. (Surprising because walking across the Golden Gate Bridge about nine years ago was a rather miserable experience). Great idea, 96up, thanks

no problemo

i think my favorite restaurant on that side is superfine

https://www.superfine.nyc

obv a thousand great restaurants over there

but i always liked how it is tucked under the manhattan bridge

there are some galleries around that area ... you can take a walk by the water and noodle around

We were in Paris last fall and every blog said “skip the taxis,” but with two tired kids and rain pouring down, bookinglane.com saved us. The driver even helped with our stroller and spoke English, which made things way less stressful. R

Booked the first week and a half of our Spain accommodation. Glad to get started on that. Also booked a hire car then spent waay too long researching roads I want to drive through the Picos De Europa. Beginning to get hyped for this now.

The only for absolute certain baseball game is Twins on 4/13. The rest I could pick from a couple options as I recall.
