Decided last night to take today off so I mindlessly ate too much supremely spicy hummus (one of my weekend only foods) and it appears I will spend the whole day shitting.

i had a pretty bad week shitting most of the week

getting over a variety of illnesses and on the heels of some vacation gluttony

thought i was out of the woods but then had a fierce midday diarrhea yesterday

think i ate an out of date burrito

hopeful today will be better

morning dump felt good

just made friends with salad

hopefully the future is bright

Couldn't tell if I was about to fart or poop, so I decided to sit down on the toilet to let it out just in case. And sure enough, it was a poop. I feel like I crossed some sort of defining line of wisdom.

Ever since the RTO, I’ve had to deal with not going at my regular time, and not having access to decent tp. I’ve also had a few close calls because I’ve had to speed walk to three different bathrooms to find an open and/or clean stall. I feel like my body should’ve adjusted by now and I’d go at the same time as at home, but nope. I’d love it if I could train my body to go before I leave the house.

For as far back as I can remember, I have to go within 15-20 minutes of getting up in the mornings. Here lately, 2-3 months, I’m being hit with a mid-morning encore and it always seems to be the worst when I’m at one of my centers. And in all but one, the employee bathroom is right next to their workstations so it’s VERY hard to take care of business and do it in a quiet way so they don’t hear the terrible noises the boss is making in the bathroom. I usually just turn the water in the sink on wide open and hope it’s loud enough to drown my sounds out.
