WTF, dude
I have to agree with Anders. I mean, they're changing billboards and websites.
He's not the one spoiling anything.

Florence really elevates this. Something feels slightly off about Sentry’s mouth and I wouldn’t be surprised to find out he’s a non-US English native speaker

Better than average I'd say.
The vfx of people being "voided" were kinda lame and the fight sequence between Sentry and the gang just sped up all of a sudden. Threw me off. And Taskmaster......oi vey.
BUT we finally got a proper post credit scene a la phase 1-3!! Every post credit in phase 4 went absolutely nowhere so this was a treat!
Spoiler: show The Fantastic Four's ships suddenly appearing in the 616 universe!?! Holy shit!!

I liked it enough. it was fun. Pugh is awesome as always but the whole group was good. julia louis-dreyfus steals the movie.
Spoiler: show really cool to see the fantastic four logo there

Thinking about maybe going this weekend. Would it be suitable for an 8 year old?

If you are Bill Simmons, yes.

I had to look up who that was, and I'm still no clearer on what to do

Bill previously let his young children watch pretty mature and extreme horror movies.
Anyway, Thunderbolts* has one violent-ish shooting early on and some pretty dark themes in the third act.

One gunshot to the head. One kid "killed.". And a bunch of depression that, hopefully, your kid won't understand.

Yeah
The "darkness" at the end is way overstated. This thing has basically the same climax (and resolution) as Care Bears Movie II: A New Generation
