The Pettifogger: Like crowbars to his head, the pettifogger can only focus and attend to identifying his neighbors at the show, studying their dance, and separating them into type and class, sacrificing the expense of the sonic experience for a bit of internal comedy.
I did talk to a couple of guys about what they do with all their shit. Apparently, they elect one friend to get fucked with taking everything to the car when doors open. I was not surprised by the questionable morals of people who fight to get on that rail, although it was good to know that not ALL of them buy cheap shit to just abandon at the door for venue staff to deal with.
Standing for 2 hours to get a poster yesterday really made me miss when seeing Pearl Jam wasn't a job. You could just go to the show and buy a poster and a shirt and have a good time. Now I have to block off a whole day to make a concert happen. I can't fathom how miserable people are making themselves to camp out to get 10-15 feet closer to that stage than I was after leisurely strolling down to the floor.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Wouldn’t they still have to have a contract with the venue to distribute tickets to shows? I can see how instinctively we think this would be some sort of advantage, but is it, really? And I’m not trying to be a wiseass. I’m truly wondering.
Can you share a link to this?
Let me tell you, Homer Simpson is cock of nothing!

Imagine a pool of like 30 people, with accounts for family and neighbors, all putting in for every single show in the lotto. They share best outcomes amongst themselves but need a safe way to dump the extras so the 10c doesnt catch on. I thought the F2F stuff solved this but maybe not. API access would be huge for getting the best seats through open presales or running bots.

my recollection was the band specifically got rid of 10C seniority seating up front because they got sick of the same people up front every show
