Temple of the Dog - 25 Years

When a band is but a fraction of Pearl Jam, but they aren't zero Pearl Jam.

it makes his contemporary lack of groove with pearl jam that much more frustrating

i think the band´s music also changed.

But there is enough groove in a song like Quick Escape for example.

Sorry, don't know if this is the right place to ask, but does someone knows where could I find the first version of the Hunger Strike music video? I've been looking for it to no avail. I remember seeing it a long time ago (the one that shows a plate with ants at the beginning, not the lighthouse). Or if someone could share it (in good quality if possible) that'd be great. Thanx!

No, that's different. It looks like a behind-the-scenes video:

So, if I'm right there are a total of three versions:

Official ("lighthouse")
Alternate ("ants")
2016 Mix ("behind-the-scenes")

Yo volví de Nueva York ese mismo día y me enteré cuando aterrize me quería matar. Es raro que no hayan venido todavía.

De Buenos Aires entonces?

Yeah. Living abroad now, tho (Central America). No fucking rock bands here, so my best option is fly to Colombia if they tour SA again. Or go to Buenos Aires. It'd be more expensive, but worth it because there's no other crowd like Argentina :bammer:

yeah, i love that song. Matt is wonderful, super tight and heavy yet loose. It didnt sound like SG at all.

The vocals in the outro are awesome too.

Matt at his absolute grooviest. I want to hear that side of him so much more. Even on PJ tunes that warrant it, he holds back for some reason.

i love how the bass sounds in the vinyl...Reach Down´s jam is way more groovy here. Thats a motherfucking good jam right there.

But even songs like Wooden Jesus or Savior sound more funkier. Jeff and Matt were an awesome tight unit for christ sake.
