nice...

doing a spatchcock in the cast iron and oven with au gratin potatoes..simple sliced strawberries with whipped cream on top for dessert..

gonna do a little light broil with butter and lemon

i made a couple of copycat Chipotle steak burrito bowls for lunches this week, and got super hungry last night and ate both of them, so now i'm f'd for lunch the next 2 days
