In 2019 the New York Liberty were bought for 15 million. Today, they are with 450 million.
But users here are totally right that they didn't deserve to be paid a living wage. They can make millions overseas but shouldn't be afforded that here in the USA where we do everything right.

Re: WNBA
But all antagonism and trolling aside, I finally get to go to my first live, in person, game of the season tomorrow!
I'm so pumped about it! I'm worried I won't sleep tonight!

“Millions” is ,more than a living wage. The lowest wnba salary is 76,000. That is a living wage.epilogue wrote:In 2019 the New York Liberty were bought for 15 million. Today, they are with 450 million.

I’m not trying to debate whether they deserve more money or not but the living wage comment is a head scratcher.

There are a ton of issue with income inequality in women's sports and the W specifically, though. So I probably shouldn't be so reactionary and trolly because it does diminish the actual point and the work needed. I'll try not to do that going forward. I can't dunk. I shouldn't try.
