The bullet proof suit but only for John Wick is still one of the most wild and stupidly hilarious choices I’ve seen in recent action movies

One trope I am getting tired of is when a movie ends by playing a pre-recorded message (sometimes a voicemail, sometimes a video recording, sometimes a letter read through voice-over) from a character who died earlier in the movie, often summarizing the movie's theme. Stop doing that!

There should be a rule going forward that if you have to include the pre-recorded message trope in your movie, it must be read by Ving Rhames, regardless of the character.

Someone told me that Butch is the one who keyed Vincent’s car in Pulp Fiction. I had never put that together.

Is that true or just some random bullshit someone made up?

It fits within in the timeline of the movie. Butch and Vincent have that run in where they talk shit to each other at the bar after Butch meets with Marsellus. Then Butch leaves and hypothetically if there was only one new car in the parking lot Butch could assume it was Vincent’s. Vincent later complains about his car being keyed when he’s buying heroin before his date with Mia.

You also have to assume that Vincent and Jules went to get Vincent’s car after they had taken a cab to the diner that got robbed.

Either that or it’s just some random bullshit someone made up.

It feels like the world would be better if Rick Moranis hadn’t retired.

Ranking the Jurassic movies after doing some marathoning recently:

Jurassic Park
The Lost World
Dominion
Fallen Kingdom
III
Jurassic World

So hyped for Rebirth. Hated The Creator for thematic reasons so I can't wait to fully embrace a Gareth Edwards movie again.

In terms of the visuals, Gareth Edwards always delivers.

I didn't know he directed the new Jurassic Park movie. Now I'm interested

Spaceballs is funnier than Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein and every other Mel Brooks movie.

Guess the movie my dad was trying to describe:

"The bad guys took over and the good guys live underground and they train him to fight with his brain. There are four or five of them in the series."
