Lane Break is Peloton’s answer to guitar hero, with cadence and resistance pairings that get you points like a video game, and they have these things set to different music. The most challenging I have taken is oddly the Yacht Rock ride, which is some serious effort whilst jamming out to Carly Simon and Ambrosia. The main problem with this ride is What a Fool Believes because once Michael McDonald gets in your head, the songs live there rent free much longer than you’d expect. I will have that song in my head all day. That is what I get for exercising.

In another time, Foals would have been the biggest band in the world. Listening to Holy Fire again for the first time in awhile and it's so good.

Toto, Jefferson Starship, Corey Hart and Kevin Cronin were all asked to record Danger Zone for Top Gun but each declined for various reasons. The movie producers then asked Kenny Loggins to do it. Sometimes things work out for the best.
