I am absolutely not posting pics. If the authentic thing is already kind of unappetizing looks-wise, mine looks like straight up cat vomit. But it was pretty tasty.

Okay guys, I've decided to post it
The challenge is finding the right cheese. To get it right you need to use what we in Colombia call queso costeño, which is a type of cheese that is somewhat similar to low-moisture mozzarella. Thanks to the influx of Venezuelan migrants, that cheese is now pretty easy to find in Buenos Aires (Venezuelans call it queso criollo).
I marinated the chicken in chimichurri and made a white sauce that’s kind of a cross between tartar sauce and garlic aioli.

Looks really good. Some dishes just aren't photogenic. The pretentiousness of plating and presentation is kind of wack at times, to be honest*.
