Beef bourguignon. I know two things about it. From that Julie & Julia movie, I know it's a very involved recipe most famously associated with Julia Child. And from my childhood reading comic books, I know it's Superman's favorite food.

I love beef Bourguignon..we make it occasionally and I have a chef friend that makes a great one..the best one I've had though is at Chez Napoleon in NYC in hells kitchen..superb

My sister makes a good Beef Wellington.

We made Beef Bourguignon like everybody else after that movie came out. It is indeed involved but also delicious.
