It’s one of those things that can easily be awful if done incorrectly. They used to serve them for hot lunch at school and I hated them. There’s an incredible asian eatery near me does all kinds of street food and they do a version of a corn dog. I have no idea what’s involved by its layered? So whatever meat then a coating of batter the. A coating of I think some sort of spiced breadcrumb ? All deep fried.
